Comfort Inn & Suites Thomson

Were pretty decent rooms and clean although furniture is definitely dated, breakfast was above average for what I've seen other places, personnel were kind and attentive anytime I needed anything. The beds could definitely be softer and the rooms were clean but could use more attention to detail as there were a pair of boxers behind my couch that weren't mine. And I'll assume they still are.

Rooms are a little outdated but loved the jacuzzi bath. That was a pleasant surprise.

I drove my husband for surgery to Waynesboro, GA. Everything was booked closer so I found Comfort Inn and Suites in Thomson. They had exactly the accessible room I needed. The room was spotless; the bed was comfortable; it was quiet; the bath and shower were perfect, and the young man at the desk was super nice. I could not have found a better place to stay. Thank you for offering this much needed gem in a stressful time.

After traveling for 14 hours we decided to relax for the evening. Just what we needed to reset. Woke up early had a good breakfast and continued our ride. Most defiantly would stay again if in the area.

This place was amazing. Made me feel great to be able to stay somewhere so clean, with great staff and I could afford it. We had a great time in their clean, pretty, warm outdoor pool. I was able to catch up our laundry. We went right behind the hotel to the Chinese buffet for dinner. Also a winner. Finished the night with a swim in the whirlpool tub. The pillow soft king sized bed was so incredibly comfortable.

I stayed here 2 nights the staff was very great and helped me with anything I needed. The breakfast each day was awesome. Very friendly staff all the way around. Very clean rooms at a great price

We checked in here after a solid 10 hours of driving, and what an amazing find this place was! The room was amazing, the tub was the best tub on this cross-country trip, the night staff was great, and the place was very quiet. Heatherly and Nicole checked me in, and they were both the sweetest ladies ever. They got me checked in quickly, were wonderful smiling faces, and everything I hope to run into at a hotel front desk. The tub was huge and relaxing, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the room smelled fresh and clean. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and plentiful. The coffee was hot, eggs cooked perfectly, and the waffles were delicious (they had regular and cinnamon batter available) the orange juice was good and cold.

I had an extremely good experience at this hotel. We selected this hotel for both location and price. The front desk staff was exceptionally courteous and efficient both when reserving the hotel and at check in. This is not a fancy hotel, nor is it brand new, but it was CLEAN. The room was clearly cleaned by someone with attention to detail. The bed was firm for my tastes, but the bedding was clean and fresh. The bathroom fixtures were not new but they were clean and in perfect repair and the shower had plenty of water pressure. The room was quiet. There was an adequate number of outlets for us to charge our devices. The included breakfast was excellent--hot and tasty and really well done. The breakfast area was CLEAN. Every single staff member we interacted with was warm and welcoming and helpful. This hotel may not be fancy, but it is a fantastic value and we had a very enjoyable stay.
